Summary plots have separate lines for Forecast and Production and it would be helpful to have them as separate lines

Add a probit plot to PHDwin

Add Economic Life (Remaining Years) to the Standard Eco Report.

A Reports Revenue sticky drop down menu for $ instead of M$ if desired.

Have the default sort in the grid editor match the sort order with the program. Right now it seems to sort based on case ID.

Adding a control for the number of decimal places in reports.

Ability to give a tax segment a start based on production volume (i.e. <5 bopd)

Ability to graph more than 6 products on a graph
